Door Construction

  • Single Leaf Acoustical Doors
    feature 18-gauge galvannealed steel interior and exterior skins and a 12-gauge galvannealed steel frame. Hardware includes heavy duty chrome cam lift hinges, centered chrome latch with inside safety release, double neoprene acoustical gasket, and lower acoustical sweep seal.
  • Double Leaf Koch Acoustical Doors
    feature 18-gauge galvannealed steel interior and exterior solid skins and a 12-gauge galvannealed steel frame. Hardware includes heavy-duty chrome cam lift hinges, centered chrome latch with inside safety release, double neoprene acoustical gasket, lower acoustical sweep seal, and cane bolt on inactive leaf.
  • Bi-parting Sliding Type Doors
    are constructed of acoustical modular panels identical to the system wall and roof panels. The doors feature an overlap on the sides and a top with adjustable acoustical seals. The doors are supported by a heavy-duty overhead track and trolley system complete with height and depth field adjustment features.
  • Single Leaf Acoustical Access Doors
    feature 18-gauge galvannealed steel interior and exterior skins and are pre-hung in a 14-gauge galvannealed steel frame. Hardware includes two (2) zinc plated industrial strap hinges, centered zinc-plated latch with inside lever release, single acoustical gasket, and lower acoustical sweep seal.

 

Hollow Metal Doors (single or double)

  • 1¾” Slim Profile Single Leaf Acoustical Doors, with STC-35 rating, feature 18-gauge steel interior and exterior skins and a 16-gauge steel frame. Hardware includes threshold, acoustical bottom seal, acoustical jam gasket, key-in-knob lock set or non-locking passage set, and closer. When indicated in the proposal features table, acoustical STC-35 door windows are single glazed ¼” laminated safety glass with STC 35 rating.
  • 1¾” Slim Profile Double Leaf Acoustical Doors, with STC-35 rating, feature 18-gauge steel interior and exterior skins and a 16-gauge steel frame. Hardware includes threshold, acoustical bottom seal, acoustical jam gasket, key-in-knob lock set or non-locking passage set, and closer on active leaf, and flush bolts on inactive leaf. When indicated in the proposal features table, acoustical STC-35 door windows are single glazed ¼” laminated safety glass with STC 35 rating.

 

Window Construction

Acoustical Wall Panel Windows feature double glazed ¼” laminated safety glass and desiccant material between panes to prevent fogging.
