Through partnership with trusted chemical, paint, and application vendors, we help clients identify the best solutions to meet their coating requirements.
Design & Engineering
Upon partnering with a customer, KOCH Finishing Systems’ engineering team verifies the proposed production processes and finalizes system designs and layouts; equipment and engineering drawings are developed to align with facility details and guide the fabrication and installation processes.
Manufacturing
KOCH Finishing Systems’ manufacturing team fabricates and pre-assembles equipment under a closely monitored process to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and installation schedules. Once fabrication and pre-assembly are complete, equipment is prepared for a reliable delivery to the customer site.
Installation
With the help of our appointed site supervisor and installation team, systems are installed at the customer site and tested from runoff to acceptance; our team then provides training to ensure proper operation and maintenance of the system.
KOCH Care
After system acceptance, KOCH Finishing Systems remains available 24/7 to assist with questions, preventative maintenance, trouble shooting, and system modifications.
